Students learned about the early history and slave trade, Swahili culture, NGOs, markets, tourism, and general Tanzanian life by travelling to Dar-es-Salaam, Bagamoyo, Zanzibar, Dodoma and area, Arusha, Lake Manyara, Olduvai Gorge, and Ngorongoro Crater.
