Students must obtain a passing grade for all courses in the program.
Student assessments will be based on a combination of quizzes, exams, lab assignments, and projects. As part of individual courses, students may be required to complete modules from ESRI’s Virtual Campus. Students in the Face-to-Face version of the program are required to complete a GIS applications project under the supervision of a faculty member or an industry supervisor. In order to qualify for entry into Stage 2 of the program, students must obtain a grade of "B" or higher in all Stage 1 courses.
Students must obtain a passing grade in all classes in Stage 2, satisfactorily complete a proposal for their Master's Research Project, and then prepare and successfully defend a Research Project Report.
