Malaspina Theatre Rental Costs

Basic Theatre Rental is $250/day until August 15, 2017 when new rates will apply.
Rental Rates, as of August 15, 2017:

Basic Rental Rates

Mainstage Theatre (includes lobby and mainstage)
  • Non-profit and community groups 
 $300/day
  • Corporate events 
 $500/day
Theatre Lobby only
  • Public and private events
 $250/day
Mike Taugher Studio (building 330, room 109)
  • Rehearsal rates 
 $15/hour
  • Performance rates 
 $150/day

 Technician

  • A minimum of one technician is required for when you start your day until after the event
  • If you have a larger load in for your show or require lights and sound simultaneously, we may require a second technician to aid with the event.
  • $12/hour (minimum 4 hours).  NOTE: this is for only 1 (one) technician

 FOH (Front of House)

  • Required for the show only
  • $12/hour (minimum 4 hours)
  • You may need usher or tickets staff which you can provide (or we can for $)
